Refund Policy

We would like to kindly bring to your attention that by subscribing to one of our Premium membership packages you've acknowledged that you waived your right of withdrawal.

This is also stated on the checkout page where you typed in your Credit Card details:

‘By clicking the "secure payment" button you acknowledge that you receive instant access to our service, therefore you waive your right of withdrawal.’

No fees or charges are refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise required by applicable law or as specified herein. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.  You agree that should you have any issues in relation to your payment, such as duplicate billing or erroneously renewed subscriptions, you will open a support ticket through the Website or the App (on the Contact Us page or on the support email address support@victoriamilan.com) to resolve the issue.
