Infidelity: Women are more interested in open relationships than men
The majority of people enjoying an extramarital affair are confident their partner has never cheated, say that although they are actively cheating, they would never enter into an open relationship or try swinging.
The new survey we have conducted questioned 4,854 of our active male and female members about their primary relationship, uncovering an astonishingly strong jealous streak.
The majority of cheaters confidently say their partner has never cheated, and has no idea that they are being cheated on. Almost three-quarters of women say they have caught their male counterpart flirting but only one-third of men say they’ve witnessed their partner being flirtatious. More than 90% of men and nearly 75% of women have never caught their partner cheating.
Overwhelmingly, cheaters are not interested in having an open relationship, with the majority of both male (73%) and female cheaters (62%) saying they wouldn’t consider sharing their partner with anyone else. Swinging with other couples is also not an option – although surprisingly, women (32%) are more open to experimenting than men (23%).
Founder and CEO of Victoria Milan, Sigurd Vedal, said the survey revealed while they themselves cheat, cheaters don’t want their partner doing the same.
“We have discovered that cheaters have a jealous nature, and are not interested in sharing their primary relationship with anyone. They don’t want their partners to know they are cheating, and they are never going to introduce their partner to the world of cheating.
